2.- Information and Consent
By reading this Privacy Policy, the User is informed about how TalkTalk Idiomas collects, processes, and protects the personal data provided through the website www.talktalkidiomas.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), as well as those related to their connection and browsing and any other data they may provide. The User should carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been drafted clearly and simply to facilitate understanding, and freely and voluntarily decide whether to provide their personal data, or those of third parties, to TalkTalk Idiomas.
3.- What is the purpose of processing the data?
TalkTalk Idiomas will process the information provided by the USER for various purposes, depending on the user’s request and the means of data collection, with the following objectives:
- Manage the contractual or commercial relationship established between TalkTalk Idiomas and the USER.
- Provide the services requested by the USER. Manage, administer, provide, extend, and improve the services to which the USER has chosen to subscribe or register.
- Adapt such services to improve their quality for the USER. Design new services related to the aforementioned.
- Conduct statistical studies to design improvements in the services provided.
- Create and publish videos and/or photographs of the activities conducted at TalkTalk Idiomas.
- Manage applications submitted regarding any raffles that may be conducted.
- Send informational or promotional communications, by electronic and/or conventional means, regarding activities, services, events, or relevant news for the USER.
- Send information requested by the USER.
- Notify about modifications in products or services contracted by the USER.
- Send information about new products or services that are not necessarily similar to those originally contracted, or that may be of interest to them, by any means, including electronically, even when the commercial relationship established between TalkTalk Idiomas and the USER ends.
- Evaluate the profile of candidates who submit their CVs through the WEBSITE.
The USER consents to the processing of their data for the purposes described herein, without prejudice to their right to revoke such consent through the procedure described for the exercise of rights. The USER’s data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill each purpose described or until the USER requests their cancellation from TalkTalk Idiomas, opposes, or revokes their consent.
4.- What user data will be processed?
TalkTalk Idiomas may process the following categories of data, depending on the request made by the User:

- Contact data: postal address, mobile phone number, email address.
- IT identifiers: IP address.
- National identity document or other identification.
In case of registration and/or access through a third-party account, TalkTalk Idiomas may collect and access certain information from the User’s social network profile solely for internal administrative purposes and/or for the purposes indicated above. If the User provides data from third parties, they declare that they have obtained their consent and commit to informing the interested party, the holder of such data, of the information contained in this Privacy Policy, exempting TalkTalk Idiomas from any responsibility in this regard. 5.- Recipients of the information
The data that the USER has provided to TalkTalk Idiomas will not be disclosed to any third party, unless:

- The processing responds to the free and legitimate acceptance of a legal relationship whose development, compliance, and control necessarily involve connecting such processing with third-party files, for example, banking entities for billing products or services contracted or messaging companies for the shipping of contracted products.
- The data is requested by the Ombudsman, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or the Judges or Courts or the Court of Accounts, in the exercise of the functions attributed to them.
6.- Mandatory or optional nature of the requested information The mandatory data in each form will be identified as such in the form itself. Refusing to provide such information will prevent the USER from obtaining the requested service.
7.- User Responsibility
The User:
- Guarantees that the data provided to TalkTalk Idiomas is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. To this effect, the USER is responsible for the veracity of all the data communicated and will keep the information provided duly updated, in such a way that it responds to their actual situation.
- Guarantees that they have informed the third parties whose data they provide, if applicable, about the aspects contained in this document. They also guarantee that they have obtained the authorization to provide their data to TalkTalk Idiomas for the purposes indicated.
- Will be responsible for any false or inaccurate information they provide through the Website and for any direct or indirect damages that this may cause to TalkTalk Idiomas or to third parties.
- We consider that the protection of personal data is essential, therefore if the user is underage, they may only provide their personal data with prior consent from their parents or guardians. In the case that the USER is underage or has limited capacity to act, the guarantees described above will fall on those who hold their representation according to current regulations.

11.- Exercising Rights
